本ページは、Emersa（以下「本アプリ」）の利用規約と、有料プランに関する取引条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

有料プランの内容と価格
無料でも本アプリの主要な機能をご利用いただけます。有料プラン（Emersa Unlimited）にご加入いただくと、字幕生成・単語保存の上限がなくなり、全端末での同期・バックアップがご利用いただけます。
価格はお申し込みの経路により異なります。

価格はいずれも消費税を含む総額です。アプリ経由の価格は、App Store の価格設定に基づいて表示されるため、ウェブサイト経由の価格と異なる場合があります。実際にご請求される金額は、お申し込みの画面に表示される金額をご確認ください。
表示価格以外に、お客様にご負担いただく費用はありません（インターネット接続に必要な通信料はお客様のご負担となります）。
支払方法と支払時期
お申し込みの経路により、決済事業者が異なります。
- ウェブサイト経由のお申し込み：クレジットカード決済（決済代行：Stripe）。お申し込み手続きの完了時にお支払いが確定します。
- iPhone / iPad / Mac のアプリ経由のお申し込み：Apple の App内課金。お支払い時期および解約の取り扱いは Apple の定めに従います。
サービスの提供時期
お支払いの確定後、ただちにご利用いただけます。ウェブサイト経由でお申し込みの場合は、決済完了後にアプリへお戻りいただくと自動的に反映されます。
契約期間と自動更新
有料プランは自動更新のサブスクリプションです。解約のお手続きをいただかない限り、期間満了時に同一の期間で自動的に更新され、その時点の価格で課金されます。
解約の方法
解約はいつでも可能です。お申し込みの経路に応じて、次の方法でお手続きください。
- ウェブサイト経由でお申し込みの場合：購入時にお送りしたメールに記載の管理ページ、またはアプリ内の設定からお手続きいただけます。ご不明な場合は support@emersa.app までご連絡ください。
- Apple の App内課金でお申し込みの場合：iPhone / iPad の「設定」＞ご自身の名前＞「サブスクリプション」からお手続きください。
解約後も、すでにお支払いいただいた期間の終了までは有料プランをご利用いただけます。期間の終了後は無料の範囲でのご利用に戻り、それまでに取り込んだ教材や保存した単語は引き続きご覧いただけます。
返金について
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、お支払い後の返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。次回の更新日より前に解約いただくことで、以降の課金は発生しません。経過期間に応じた日割りでの返金は行っておりません。
ただし、当方の責めに帰すべき事由により本アプリが正常にご利用いただけない場合は、個別に対応いたします。support@emersa.app までご連絡ください。
Apple の App内課金でお申し込みの場合、返金の可否は Apple の判断によります。Apple のサポートページからお手続きください。
動作環境
本アプリは Windows / macOS / iOS でご利用いただけます。字幕の自動生成は端末内で処理を行うため、端末の性能により処理時間が異なります。ご購入前に、無料の範囲で動作をお確かめいただくことをおすすめします。
禁止事項
- 本アプリを逆コンパイル・改変し、または再配布すること。
- 法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用すること。
- 権利を有しないコンテンツを本アプリに取り込み、第三者の著作権を侵害すること。
著作権への配慮
本アプリは、お客様がご自身で用意した音声・動画を学習に用いるための道具です。取り込むコンテンツについて必要な権利をお持ちであることは、お客様の責任においてご確認ください。
免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。学習効果を保証するものではありません。字幕の自動生成および辞書の内容について、その正確性を保証するものではありません。
お客様のデータは端末内、および任意で有効にした場合はお客様ご自身の Google Drive に保存されます。データの消失に備え、重要なデータはお客様にてバックアップをお願いいたします。データの取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページを更新します。価格を変更する場合は、更新日より前にお知らせします。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は日本の裁判所を管轄とします。

These terms govern your use of Emersa (the “App”) and the conditions of its paid plans. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Paid plans and pricing
The App’s core features are available for free. Subscribing to Emersa Unlimited removes the limits on subtitle generation and saved words, and enables sync and backup across all your devices.
Pricing depends on where you subscribe.

All prices include Japanese consumption tax. In-app prices follow App Store pricing tiers and may therefore differ from the prices on this website. Please check the amount shown on the purchase screen before subscribing.
There are no charges beyond the listed price (your own internet connection costs are your responsibility).
Payment
- Purchases made on this website: credit card, processed by Stripe. Payment is taken when you complete checkout.
- Purchases made in the iPhone, iPad, or Mac app: Apple In-App Purchase. Billing and cancellation follow Apple’s terms.
When service begins
Access begins immediately after payment. If you purchased on this website, returning to the App applies your subscription automatically.
Term and automatic renewal
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel, your plan renews at the end of each period at the then-current price.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time.
- Purchased on this website: use the management page linked in your purchase email, or the App’s settings. If you need help, contact support@emersa.app.
- Purchased via Apple In-App Purchase: go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
After cancelling, your paid plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You then return to the free tier, and the material you imported and words you saved remain viewable.
Refunds
Because this is digital content, we do not generally offer refunds after payment. Cancelling before your next renewal date prevents further charges. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a period.
If the App does not work as intended due to a fault on our side, we will address it individually — please contact support@emersa.app.
For purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, refunds are at Apple’s discretion; please request them through Apple Support.
System requirements
The App runs on Windows, macOS, and iOS. Subtitle generation runs on your device, so processing time depends on your hardware. We recommend trying the free tier before subscribing.
Prohibited use
- Decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the App.
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Importing content you do not have the rights to, infringing third-party copyright.
Respecting copyright
The App is a tool for studying with audio and video that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to the content you import.
Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. We make no guarantee of learning outcomes, nor of the accuracy of generated subtitles or dictionary content.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own Google Drive. Please keep your own backups of anything important. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page. If we change prices, we will give notice before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
