Emersa（以下「本アプリ」）は、あなたのデータをあなたのものに保つことを基本方針としています。学習の中身は原則として端末内で処理し、開発者のサーバーには保管しません。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報を説明します。

取り扱う情報

アカウント情報

Google または Apple でログインした場合、本人確認のためにメールアドレス・表示名・提供元の一意なユーザーID（sub）を取得し、端末内および課金管理サービス（RevenueCat）に保存します。ログインは任意で、複数端末で購入・学習データを共有するために使います。

購入情報

サブスクリプションの購入・有効状態は、Apple および RevenueCat を通じて管理されます。ここには購入者を識別するためのID（ログイン時はあなたのアカウントID、未ログイン時は匿名ID）と購入履歴が含まれます。

学習データ・取り込んだメディア

あなたが取り込んだ音声・動画、生成・取り込んだ字幕、保存した単語や学習成績は、端末内に保存されます。Google Drive 同期を任意で有効にした場合に限り、これらはあなた自身の Google Drive に保存されます（アプリが作成・アクセスするファイルに限定される drive.file 権限を使用）。これらのデータが開発者のサーバーに送信・保管されることはありません。

端末内処理

字幕の自動生成（音声認識）や辞書引きは端末内で完結します。あなたの音声・映像・入力テキストを、認識や辞書のために外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。

行わないこと

• 広告目的のトラッキングは行いません。
• あなたの個人情報や学習データを第三者に販売しません。

第三者サービス

本アプリは次の外部サービスを利用します。各社の取り扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

• Google（サインイン、および任意の Google Drive 同期）
• Apple（Sign in with Apple、App内課金）
• RevenueCat（購入・権利の管理）

データの保持と削除

端末内のデータは、本アプリの削除、またはアプリ内でのログアウト・データ削除によって削除できます。Google Drive に同期したデータは、あなた自身が Google Drive 上で管理・削除できます。

お子さまのプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。

Privacy Policy (English)

Emersa (the “App”) is built around a simple principle: your data stays yours. Learning content is processed on your device and is not stored on the developer’s servers. This policy explains what information the App handles.

Information we handle

Account information

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we obtain your email address, display name, and the provider’s stable user ID (sub) to identify you. This is stored on your device and in our purchase-management service (RevenueCat). Signing in is optional and is used to share your purchases and study data across devices.

Purchase information

Your subscription purchases and status are managed through Apple and RevenueCat. This includes an identifier for the purchaser (your account ID when signed in, or an anonymous ID when not) and purchase history.

Study data and imported media

The audio and video you import, the subtitles you generate or import, and the words and progress you save are stored on your device. Only if you choose to enable Google Drive sync are these stored in your own Google Drive (using the drive.file scope, limited to files the app creates or opens). This data is never sent to or stored on the developer’s servers.

On-device processing

Automatic subtitle generation (speech recognition) and dictionary lookups happen entirely on your device. Your audio, video, or typed text is not sent to any external server for these purposes.

What we do not do

• We do not perform advertising tracking.
• We do not sell your personal information or study data to third parties.

Third-party services

The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google (sign-in and optional Google Drive sync)
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases)
• RevenueCat (purchase and entitlement management)

Data retention and deletion

Data on your device can be removed by deleting the App, or by signing out / clearing data within the App. Data synced to Google Drive is managed and deleted by you in your own Google Drive.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.
